The main trick to these things (like anything) is doing it every. single. day. Whether its Basketball, Guitar, or Rocket Science. Do it every day, pay it forward, have fun with it, and be smart and different.

Thanks for the advice. It is very helpful. I will commit to teaching others what I have
learned from you. It would be helpful if the background music could be lowered just
a bit so that we can hear you better. If it’s at 8 maybe try at 7. I totally understand the
reason why you would want it loud so that that the energy is there. But I think it might
be working against you a bit as it is hard to hear what you are saying at times. Loud enough
to keep the energy going but not so loud that we can’t hear all that you are teaching.
