Week 3! This is all about ‘How to Read Music‘ We learned Chords last week, but since it takes a few weeks to get those chords down, I thought it’d be good to work on How to Read Music! Love your videos! Keep up the great work! Just started a piano sight reading class this semester, and my professor is from Brazil. So on top of trying to understand his thick accent I have to figure out how to read the music he puts in front of me everyday and I don’t have a clue! are notes and rhythms different things?
man i just visited your website today and its cool but i still dont get how to read it like i dont have a guitar but i know im getting 1 in 2 months so i want to be ready to read the notes and well the music so im just asking if you can make a video less complecated just more easyer please ps i am looking for guitar vids not piano

Yes, you should have a guitar if you’re taking lessons, so you can practice between lessons.
Yes, notes and rhythms are different. Notes refer to the note’s pitch. Rhythms refer to how you play each note
